RESPONSIBILITIES

 Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling strategies to generate new business opportunities. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements.

Builds and maintains strong relationships through regular communication, and follow-up to drive customer satisfaction.

Presents and demonstrates our digital signage solutions effectively. Effectively communicating the value and benefits of our digital products and services.

Meets or exceeds monthly targets.  Provide sales activities, submit forecasts, and document sales interactions or leads.

Adhere to territory management. Establishing regular visitation schedule, and setting goals for the market. 

Conducts sales presentations on products and services. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.

Provides exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and progress.

Collaborates with the marketing team to develop additional needs for the client. 

Excellent communication skills both in person and written.

Must represent the company professionally at all times, at conferences, and at networking opportunities in an effort to expand the company's presence and generate leads. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in sales is not necessary. Must have a strong passion for exceeding sales targets, and a desire to make an impact. Showing a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment is required. 

Strong work ethic and commitment. Must demonstrate extreme professionalism at all times.

Proactive and self-motivated with a relentless drive to succeed.

Demonstrates to be an active listener to the clients, needs, concerns, and objectives. Willing to adhere to the company's adjustments when and where needed.

Strong communication is a must, both verbal and written to avoid confusion or misunderstandings. Shows a desire to correct 

Professional demeanor, presenting appropriate attire, and respectful to the company standards. 

Polite and courteous, fosters positive relationships and leaves a favorable impression with clients and AVT team.

Attention to detail through written communication, accurately reflects superior quality to work. 

Prompt to follow up with customers through phone calls, thank you notes, and written communication.

Actively accepts training, coaching, and self-reflection to demonstrate growth and development. Attends sales training meetings weekly with AVT Team.

Must be willing to travel at least 100 miles from the company home base.

Must be flexible to provide in-person demonstrations to customers
